New hope for campaigners as Jeremy Hunt ducks decision over future of HRI

Thanks to the Examiner for reporting that Jeremy Hunt has finally referred the Full Business Case to the Independent Reconfiguration Panel.

Hands Off HRI will be lobbying the panel to ensure a full review is carried out.
